Fiddlehead's Bike Development Team for ages 5–8 introduces young riders to the joy of biking through fun, structured, and supportive coaching. Riders learn foundational skills like braking, cornering, and balance while building confidence, coordination, and a love for two wheels.

Each session includes trail games, jump-line practice, and plenty of encouragement to keep things playful and engaging. Both teams include unlimited facility access with monthly dues, and optional bike and helmet rentals are available. Join anytime—rolling registration makes it easy to start your ride with us!

Fiddlehead's Competitive Climb Team blends purposeful training with positive team culture to help athletes perform their best. Climbers build strength, endurance, and efficient movement, develop mental skills for focus and resilience, and gain confidence through supportive coaching and peer accountability. The program balances challenge and encouragement so athletes can push limits, refine their style, and bring their strongest, smartest climbing to every comp and practice.

It is a great fit for climbers who want community, guidance, and steady progress, and it lays a smooth path for anyone who may want to transition to the comp team later.
