Take your climbing skills to the next level with our Lead Climbing Course. Over three weeks, you'll learn the fundamentals of lead climbing and belaying, practice proper anchor clipping techniques, and gain the knowledge to manage lead falls safely and confidently.

This course prepares you to lead climb within Fiddlehead's facility and is the ideal next step after earning your Top Rope Climb certification. Participants must have a current Top Rope certification prior to attending.

TOP ROPE BELAY CLASS

your first step toward confident climbing

Learn the essentials of climbing in a supportive, hands-on setting. You'll practice how to properly wear a harness, tie in as a climber, and belay safely and effectively on top rope. This class is perfect for anyone curious about climbing or ready to belay friends, helping you build the foundation to climb confidently and independently. Participants must be at least 14 years old to belay, though younger climbers are welcome to join in and climb.

Fiddlehead's Competitive Climb Team blends purposeful training with positive team culture to help athletes perform their best. Climbers build strength, endurance, and efficient movement, develop mental skills for focus and resilience, and gain confidence through supportive coaching and peer accountability. The program balances challenge and encouragement so athletes can push limits, refine their style, and bring their strongest, smartest climbing to every comp and practice.

Fiddlehead's Developmental Climb Team helps new and progressing climbers grow on and off the wall through structured practices, personalized coaching, and a supportive, low-pressure environment. Athletes learn solid movement, smart technique, and healthy training habits while keeping sessions fun and engaging. It is a great fit for climbers who want community, guidance, and steady progress, and it lays a smooth path for anyone who may want to transition to the comp team later.

LITTLE CRUSHERS CLUB

adventure-powered learning.

Our Little Crushers Club gives 5–8 year olds a fun, structured after-school space to climb, ride, and build confidence. Running Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4–6pm, March 3 through May 21, this 12-week program is built specifically for younger athletes ready to grow their skills. Through age-appropriate coaching and supportive group instruction, kids develop balance, coordination, strength, and foundational technique on both the climbing wall and the bike. Each session blends progression with play, helping young adventurers gain real skills while staying excited to come back week after week.
